    Conditions AMEs Can Issue (CACI) is a series of conditions which allows  your AME to  issue a regular Medical Certificate.  If you have one of these conditions check the germane link to see what the FAA currently requires.  Print these requirements out and give it to your treating physician.  Obtain the information from his/her office, bring it with you to your FAA Exam, and if everything is in order and no other issuers are found I can give you the certificate at the time of your visit.

Glaucoma and other fundascopic abnormalities
